We currently have a few horses for sale here at Trail Light Farms.
UPDATE 6-12-09: We have bred all of our mares already this year. We will start having foals in January 2010. All of the mares are checked in foal. Please check out each of their pages to see who they are bred to. Please feel free to inquire about purchasing a foal in-utero. Most of the foals will be for sale, and some of the mares will be for sale in foal.
UPDATE 9-28-09: We have decided to remove our mares from the sale list due to upcoming foaling season. You may still inquire about any of our horses. We may make considerations to the right home. Otherwise, most of our foals will be available. Please inquire about them. Below I will show what breedings (foals) may be available for sale.

Trail-Light No Nonsense Nate SOLD 1/08 - Congrats to Cherie in OH on her purchase of her new renaissance horse.
Nate is a wonderful 2005 bay Shire gelding. He is registered with ASHA. He is sired by Black Forest Windchime John, and out of a lovely grey mare Trail-Light Dazzling Jazz. He has been started in harness, but is still green.. He has been started under saddle, walk-trot, and some canter. We have taken him over some low cavalettis.
Trail-Light Bright Knight Nick SOLD 12/07 - Congrats to Rod & Lisa in NC on their new dressage prospect.
Nick is a nice 2005 grey Shire gelding. He is registered with ASHA. He is sired by Black Forest Windchime John, and out of one of our best mares, Black Walnut Spider. He has been started in harness, but is still green. He has been lunged with the saddle on, but with no rider yet. We hope to start getting on his back starting in Summer 2007. Pictured below as a yearling.

TLF Jumpin' Jack Flash SOLD 1/09 - Congrats to Thea in NE on her new show prospect.

Country Heir Cong's Corey -- Headed to the Mid-America Draft Horse Sale in Feb. 2007
Corey is a wonderful 2004 black Percheron stallion. He is sired by Windermere King Cong (passed away in August 2006), and out of B & L Hanson's Lisa. His sire was the 2004 Premier Sire, and his dam was the 2002 World Champion Cart Mare. Corey is broke to drive, and goes single and double. He is also broke to ride. He has been shown in halter, cart, team, and under saddle. He drives with geldings and mares. He is currently standing 18+ hands. We feel he will make a great stallion prospect, or do well in the hitch.
