DAC Feed Supplements

On June 18, 2007 we rescued an AQHA mare, by the name of Miss Pokey Zoe.  She is a sweet natured buckskin mare.  She is 7 years old.  We brought her home, and started feeding her.  She gets alfalfa hay, beet pulp and just a 12% sweet feed twice a day.  She has full access to water 24 hours a day.  She also gets regular turnout.  Along with all of this, we feed DAC Livestock Supplements.  She currently gets 4 of their products, including Colt Grower, Bloom, Yucca, and Oil.

Here is a picture of her sire Beaus Tacky Jac Pine.

Below, we would like to document her progress each week.  We will be taking weekly pictures, and weight tape measurements.  See her pedigree at the bottom.

*UPDATE --- We bred this mare in mid-October to a very nice foundation stallion by the name of Tardy Royal King (AQHA #1939516), he is the son of Texas Tardy by Tardy Too, and out of a Ray's Major (by Major King) daughter.  She is due to foal mid-Sptember 2008.  We are looking forward to this nice foundation bred foal.  To find out more about Tardy Royal King, go to Parker-Holbein Quarter Horse Farm
